Craig Tries to Withdraw Guilty Plea

Lawyers for Sen. Larry Craig (R-Nonheterosexual) will file the paperwork today seeking to withdraw the guilty plea he entered in a Minnesota criminal case last month. Prior SCD entries are available here, here and here.

Meanwhile, St. Petraeus is slated to begin his testimony before Congress today. Will the former story shit all over the latter? Stay tuned!
